Goal: Develop a resident-driven alternative to traditional community management in existing housing assets.
Deliveries: A method for self-organised communities, tested and refined through two real-life cases and resident evaluation.
Impact: An open-source guide for the sector. Long term: increased resident ownership, agency, and resilience in local communities.

Goal: Explore how affordable housing can deliver both high-quality homes and strong communities by understanding resident needs.
Deliveries: Training of local partners in facilitation and engagement, analysis of findings, and recommendations translated into design and management.
Impact: Strengthened local competencies. Long term: affordable housing solutions better aligned with the needs and values of the target group.
